Hi, I’m Jackie Erdman, and welcome to JE Consulting. I started this work because I believe in the power of connection, clarity, and community when it comes to moving missions forward.
With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and building meaningful partnerships, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations grow in ways that are sustainable and purpose-driven. From capital campaigns to donor strategy to organizational planning, I work closely with teams to design smart solutions that fit who they are and where they want to go.
At JE Consulting, I take a hands-on and heart-forward approach. I believe in building trust, investing in relationships, and making the process feel just as good as the results. I’ve seen what’s possible when communities come together around a shared vision—and I’d love to help you bring yours to life.

My Story
Before diving into this phase of my career, I took a moment to reflect. It was through my own community and the inspiring nonprofit leaders and mentors around me that I discovered how to truly leverage my strengths to support the organizations that make such a difference. The lessons I’ve learned from these incredible leaders have shaped the way I approach my work, and I’m grateful for their guidance in teaching me the power of collaboration, empathy, and a shared mission.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of holding many roles in nonprofits—from Public Programs to Grants Writer, Marketing Specialist, Alumni Relations Assistant, and Executive Director. Each position has played a pivotal role in shaping my approach to development strategy, and I now bring that diverse experience to my work with organizations seeking to grow and create lasting impact.
Outside of my work, I’m fortunate to live in beautiful Sheboygan County with my loving and supportive husband, our two little ones (a boy and a girl who are my whole world), as well as our dog and cat. They keep me grounded and remind me daily of the importance of family and community.
