Client Confidentiality Policy
JE Consulting (“I" or "my") is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and trust of clients. In the course of consulting engagements, clients may share sensitive organizational, financial, strategic, operational, or proprietary information. This Confidentiality Policy outlines how that information is protected, used, and handled.
By engaging with JE Consulting, clients acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.
Confidential Information
Confidential information may include, but is not limited to:

Information shared with JE Consulting will be used solely for the purpose of:

Supporting organizational planning, growth, sustainability, or operational improvement efforts
We will only access or request information reasonably necessary to support the agreed-upon scope of work.
Protection of Information
JE Consulting takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or loss.
Confidential materials are stored securely and shared only when necessary to fulfill consulting responsibilities.
While reasonable safeguards are maintained, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Non-Disclosure of Information
JE Consulting will not sell, distribute, publish, or disclose confidential client information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Any third-party collaborators or contractors engaged by JE Consulting will also be expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality standards.
Ownership of Client Information
All confidential information shared by clients remains the property of the client organization. JE Consulting claims no ownership rights over client-provided materials, data, or records.
Retention and Disposal
Client materials will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to support consulting services, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Materials no longer needed may be securely deleted or destroyed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are encouraged to share only information necessary for consulting purposes and to notify JE Consulting of any particularly sensitive or restricted materials requiring additional handling procedures.
Updates to This Policy
JE Consulting may update this Confidentiality Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. Updated versions will be made available upon request or posted through official business channels.
